We’ll confirm your name on the guest list and collect your waiver (if you haven’t turned it in already, most have).
Pocket checks may be done to make sure we’re all safe—no bags, food, headphones, wallets, vapes, drugs, alcohol, or other items are allowed.
You’ll hand over your keys, other needed items, etc. in a labeled Ziplock (you’ll get them back at the end).
You will be able to keep your phone for the evening.

Students with medications or personal food items will check in at the special items table after receiving your wristband.
Once you’re checked in, you’ll hang out in the cafeteria with snacks, games, and music while buses load. Then we’re off to a secret location packed with activities, food, dancing, and surprises all night long.
This is a vape, drug and alcohol-free event—zero tolerance. No one can leave early without permission. Everything is supervised by parent chaperones who are here to help make this night awesome and safe for everyone.
Leave unnecessary stuff at home or in your car to make check-in easier and faster!
Wear socks!!
You won’t need a jacket but something warmer than a T-shirt or similar is recommended.
Grab some fun Redhawk spirit gear before you board—sunglasses, necklaces, temporary tattoos, glow sticks, and more—all in school colors and decked out with our colors/logo. Show off your school pride in style all night long!
We can’t wait to celebrate with you. Let’s make Grad Night 2025 unforgettable!

The ticket price covers everything you need for an unforgettable night—transportation to the evening's venues, delicious food, thrilling activities, top-notch entertainment, and fun giveaways. There will be no other extra fees applied. To heighten the excitement and ensure everyone's safety, the locations and schedule of the night's events are kept a secret. This element of surprise also helps avoid any unwanted guests or party crashers. Rest assured; all venues are thoroughly vetted by a professional event planning company before being chosen by the 2025 committee.
Organizing an event for 250+ students, including transporting them to multiple venues, providing diverse food options, and offering a wide range of activities and entertainment for an 8-hour period, involves significant expenses. A substantial portion of the evening's costs is covered by the ticket price per student. These will go on sale after the summer. However, this amount doesn't cover everything. We've made a conscious effort to keep the ticket price as low as possible to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent any student from attending. This means that additional funds are necessary to maintain the high quality and variety of experiences planned for the event.
We are committed to ensuring that every student has a memorable experience, with something special for everyone. To achieve this, we offer limited scholarships to support students who may need financial assistance. Your generous donations can make a significant difference. By contributing through our “Donations” links on the Class of 2025 pages, you help directly fund the event and support the student scholarships, ensuring an inclusive and enriching experience for all attendees. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
